This isn’t a graduate scheme that rotates you through coffee runs. Over 6–18 months you’ll take on real responsibility across Cartrack’s business, work alongside our C-level execs, and fast-track toward management — not just observe it.

How the program works
Your route through the business
You’ll move through the departments that actually run Cartrack, taking on tasks aimed at improving how each one works. By the end, you’ll know the business from the ground up and have a real view on where you want to land.

System Design
Get hands-on with how Cartrack’s technology platform is designed and built.
STOP 02
Software & Hardware Design
Work within the teams engineering the technology that powers the fleet.
STOP 03
Finance & Strategy
See how decisions get made and what actually moves the numbers.
STOP 04
Customer Experience
Work closely with client-facing teams and remove friction from the client relationship.
STOP 05
Exec Exposure
Work directly with the CEO and C-suite as you near the top.
Global Secondment
Ad hoc opportunity
From time to time, trainees may have the opportunity to take on a sales or operations role abroad, helping to grow Cartrack’s presence in new markets. This is offered on an ad hoc basis and is not a requirement of the programme.

Your candidate profile
We’re not after polished. We’re after people who are hands-on, sharp with numbers, and ready to own problems from day one.
- STEM degree — Engineering, Actuarial Science, Maths & Statistics, with strong academic results
- 0–3 years' work experience — newly qualified is welcome
- Technically independent with strong initiative
- Distinction in Mathematics
- Hands-on, with a positive, get-it-done attitude
- Sharp problem-solver with an out-of-the-box approach
